Elite Performance Exclusive LLC operates Funny Friend. This page says plainly what we hold about you, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we hold

What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show other people your exact coordinates — only a distance.
- We do not use your photos for anything other than your profile.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you delete your account, your swipes and the messages in your conversations are deleted, your matches are closed, and every session and notification registration is revoked immediately.
Two things deliberately outlive deletion: a record that an account was ended for being under 18, and the date of birth already on file. Both exist so that deleting and re-registering cannot be used to get around the age rule.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. It takes effect straight away.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what we hold, correct it, or have it erased. The address for these requests is published once the domain is live.
